Descrizione
Hand harvested. Practicing organic. Age of vines 30 to 40 years. This wine is made from a selection of the best grapes from their vineyards in the Monteforte d’Alpone zone. Fermented in stainless steel. Aged in stainless steel for about six months on the lees with batonnage followed by another six months in steel and then a minimum three months in the bottle before release.
