Created by the brains behind the Archivio bar in Verona and produced by one of Italy’s old prolific distilleries, this incredibly versatile vermouth strikes the right balance (easier said than done) between the bitter, sweet, fresh and savory in every pour. Very drinkable on its own as well as always hitting its mark in your mixed drinks. Aside from the requisite local wormwood,additional botanicals include gentian, fresh thyme, sage, knapwood, chamomile, licorice root and vanilla.
