This riveting red offers aromas and flavors of violets, fresh blackberry, and exotic spice. It’s made entirely with hand-picked Mencía grapes sourced from organically-farmed, dry-farmed vines that are over 40 years old! Fermentation with native yeasts is performed in small, open-top stainless steel fermenters, followed by eight months of aging in neutral French oak barrels.
