The grapes are pressed using a pneumatic press. Cold settling. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tank.
The bouquet presents aromas of fresh fruits (grapefruit and pineapple) accompanied by a very fresh mineral touch. The mouth is chiseled, precise and complex. The finish is carried by a beautiful structure.
