They achieve it with an ingeniuos approach that could go wrong for many but is well managed in their capable hands. Grain whiskies are blended with peated malt whiskies all of which are triple matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon, ex-Sherry and Virgin Oak Casks. A beauiful dram
