The tequila is distilled to proof at 48% and bottled without filtration or dilution, delivering rustic and complex flavors attributed uniquely to Valley tequila production. The higher proof gives the drinker more nuance in the flavor profile, with agave, yeast and pepper as well as a fatty and lasting mouthfeel with residual agave oils. 100% additive free.
