Growing Region: Motta di Livenza – Treviso Province – Veneto Region. The fermentation in stainless steel vats, using selected yeasts at controlled temperature, was followed by the sparkling process in pressurized tanks using the ‘Charmat method’. Bouquet: its unique qualities are clearly perceptible; refined aromatic bouquet, distinctly fruity. Taste: a velvety spumante; crisp, fruity, not too acidulous, dry, elegant; rightfully full bodied, harmonic.
