Pommery Champagne Brut Rose Cuvee Louise 2004

Cuvee Louise Brut Rose 2004 is a blend of 60% of Chardonnay and 40% of Pinot Noir, with an addition of Pinot Noir’s red wine from Bouzy (Grand Cru), giving the wine its absolute purity, complexity and inimitable taste after long aging. On the eye: beautiful golden-pink color, which reflect the light perfectly with very tiny bubbles. On the nose: universe of red fruits, floral aromas with hints of “garrigue” scents and creamy finish. On the palate: perfect harmony and finesse, balanced between the freshness and necessary acidity, supple and elegant finish with little touches of red fruits such as strawberries and cranberries. Excellent champagne to pair with the most delicate fare and to celebrate an exceptional moment.
