Botanivore is a symphony of flavor comprised of 19 different botanical ingredients working in concert. Think of a meadow in bloom: herbaceous, fresh, and elegant. 45% ABV.

While a classic London dry gin is juniper forward, Botanivore explores how lush gin can be when juniper berries are surrounded by a whole host of complementary botanicals. In addition to juniper, you’ll find angelica root, California bay laurel, bergamot, Malabar black pepper, caraway, cardamom, cilantro, Saigon cinnamon, citra hops, coriander seed, dill seed, fennel seed, ginger, lemon, lime, orris root, Seville orange, and star anise.
