Like red velveteen the sumptuous color of this wine is a hint of the gorgeous sweet black cherry and Santa Rosa plum flavors it flaunts. Dark chocolate and earthy notes along with just a hint of spice linger on your palate. American and French oak lend a soft spice to the finished wine.
