Offering notes of starfruit, pineapple, fresh-cut grass, and crafted with Saccharum officinarum (a strong-growing sugar cane species) this Charanda is produced with 50/50 cane juice and molasses. It’s produced using wild yeast fermentation and distilled in both a wood-fired copper still and French-style column still.
