The Don Zoilo range includes 5 wine varieties of extraordinary quality, with the designation of origin Jerez-Xérèz-Sherry and Manzanilla de Sanlúcar. Oloroso, palo Cortado and Pedro Ximénez are more than 15 years old certified by the Sherry Wine Regulatory Board (Consejo Regulador). Brilliant hues of old gold and amber. Pungent, intense and complex on the nose, with a subtle note of the fino sherry it had once been and a hint of dried nuts and filberts.
