How to Add the Premium Protection Plan
You can easily add the Premium Protection Plan to your order during checkout. While this coverage is optional, we highly recommend it to secure your purchase against any potential issues.

Standard Refund and Return Policy
Our standard policy provides the framework for addressing issues with your order, particularly if the Premium Protection Plan is not chosen:
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no extra cost to you.
Damage or Loss: If the Premium Protection Plan is not selected, claims for damaged, lost, or stolen items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Without the Premium Protection Plan, refunds for damaged or lost items will only be processed after all carrier procedures have been completed, which may take up to 30 working days.
Unopened and Unused Items: If you wish to return an item that is unopened and unused, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.
Non-Refundable Items:
Products that have been opened or partially used.
Items purchased as part of a clearance or final sale.
Gift cards and other promotional items.
Items with proof of delivery showing the customer’s signature and address.
How to Request a Return or Refund

Evaluation: If the Premium Protection Plan was purchased, we will immediately verify your claim and process a replacement or refund. Without the Premium Protection Plan, we will evaluate your claim under our standard policy.
Return Shipping: If a return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions. Please note that for standard returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of being placed. If your order has already been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
Please note that if a parcel has already been shipped, we reserve the right to deduct part or all of the shipping costs from any refund. This applies when the refund is requested due to a change of mind or for reasons unrelated to any fault or error on our part. This policy also applies to the Premium Protection Plan fee.
